Order Cancellation
We are happy to cancel any orders that have not yet dispatched. If you realize that you’ve ordered something in error and would like to amend or cancel it, please contact our customer service team immediately. We suggest sending an email to sales@sgcontactlens.com or add our WhatsApp message to us and leave your Order ID and email address. Our customer services team will verify and confirm with you as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
All refunds will take a maximum of 3 working days to be refunded to your account. Btw, your refund will not be processed until we have received the original items in our warehouse。
