How to Order Contact Lenses at SGCONS?
- Add your prescription information.
The prescription of your contact lenses can be found from your optician or contact lenses box. If you are not clear, please take a photo and send an email (email@example.com) or a WhatsApp message.
- Select your contact lenses from Sgcontactlens.com’s product page
Please browse our shop and select contact lenses with the desired quantity. If you find any trouble, please contact our customer services team, and we will be happy to help.
- Fill in shipping information & make payment.
We will quickly ship your contact lenses inside Singapore and to many international cities. Generally, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. If there is a shortage of contact lenses, it will take around 3-5 working days to re-stock. You can pay for your order using all major credit cards or with your PayPal account.
Do I need to send my prescription after I place an order?
Yes. We require a valid prescription for every order. Send it to our email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Prescription for Order ID# (Order Number)” or a WhatsApp message to us. If you don’t have a copy of your prescription, you can still order contact lenses from us. You’ll be able to select your eye doctor from our expansive database. All you will need is your eye doctor’s name (or clinic name) and its address.
After you submit your order, we will act on your behalf to quickly verify or obtain your prescription information. This helps to ensure that we provide you with the correct contact lenses in your order.
Where can I find my prescription?
To find the correct information for your contact lens order, look on one of your contact lens boxes. Your contact lens box will have a brand name and your prescription information. Please see the following examples:

Contact lens prescriptions vary based on different brands and types; please send an email or WhatsApp us if you are not sure.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send the tracking number to your email address. If you are a member, log in to My Account and check it at order history for shipping status. Please check email or WhatsApp message to us for tracking number and shipping status if you are guest checkout.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Upon payment confirmation, we will dispatch your order within 48 hours (except public holidays), and you will receive it around 4-5 business day. If there is a shortage or the order quantity is high, we will contact you and update the delivery date for you. Generally, it will have additional 1-2 weeks.
What's the shipping rate?
All orders will have FREE shipping service if the order total amount is over SGD 40, else it will have SGD 5 for the Singapore shipping address. If shipping to a non-Singapore address, the international shipping fee will be SGD 10. By the way, if you are urgent to receive goods, please select Aramex (4-6 working days), which adds an extra SGD 10, or choose Speedpost (2-4 working days), which adds an extra SGD 20.
Regarding Aramex & Speedpost shipping days, it is only applied for those items that have READY stock. If we don’t have ready stock, it may take extra 2-3 days to dispatch.
P/S: If you are very urgent to receive your lenses, please contact us before placing an order, and we will check the stock availability. Especially for that toric & multifocal lens, those may take a little bit longer time.
We also have a special offer to free upgrade Aramex if the order total amount is over SGD 200 and a free upgrade to Speedpost if the order total amount is over SGD 300.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
No worry. Send your Order ID by email (email@example.com) to us or WhatsApp msg to us. We will get back to you with the status in a short time.
What payment options does SGCONS offer?
We accept payment through PayPal (including VISA / Master credit card) only. It is the most secure and safe payment gateway to protect our customers.
What are the payment fees?

How can I amend or cancel my recent order?
If you need to amend or cancel an order that you have already paid for, you will need to contact our Customer Services Team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or WhatsApp message to us. If your order is due to be dispatched soon, we recommend calling our Customer Services Team directly, as email requests may take longer to process. If your order is dispatched before we receive notice that you need a change or cancellation, we may be unable to process your request.
I want to return my order. How can I do it, and will I receive any refunds?
We accept returns for both individual items and full orders. We are happy to refund or exchange returned items unopened, unused and sent back to us in their original condition.
To return any individual product or full order, please contact us by WhatsApp and we will get back you asap.
Returns order is only available within 21 days of receipt of your order. We recommend that you always request a Proof of Postage Certificate from your Post Office, as we are not responsible for any returned packages lost in transit.
How long will it take to process my refund?
All refunds will take a maximum of 3 working days to be refunded to your account. Btw, your refund will not be processed until we have received the original items in our warehouse.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
At SGCONS our priorities are providing you with a reliable service, and supplying you with the correct products at all times. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services Team via email (email@example.com) or WhatsApp. We will send you the correct item straight away and be grateful if you could return the incorrect items.
